1. Our Commitment to Quality

We stand behind the quality of our 3D printed products. If you receive an item that doesn't meet our quality standards or your specifications, we're here to help.

2. Return Policy

Return Window:

Products must be reported as defective or non-conforming within 7 days of delivery. This allows us adequate time to assess the issue and provide a solution.

Eligible for Return:

  • Manufacturing defects (layer shifting, under-extrusion, brittle prints)
  • Products that don't match agreed specifications
  • Damaged products received due to shipping issues
  • Color or material mismatches not caused by customer error

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Custom orders that meet specifications (no change of mind returns)
  • Damage caused by improper handling after delivery
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse
  • Returns submitted after 7 days of delivery

3. Return Process

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/details of the issue
  2. We'll assess the issue and discuss the best resolution
  3. If a return is approved, we'll provide return shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back to us in original packaging
  5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or replacement

4. Refund Policy

Full Refund Circumstances:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Products that don't match specifications
  • Damaged due to our packaging/shipping

Partial Refund Circumstances:

  • Shipping costs may be deducted for customer-initiated returns (change of mind)
  • Restocking fees may apply for certain custom orders

Refund Timeline:

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5. Replacement Option

Instead of a refund, you may opt for a replacement product. We'll remake the item addressing any issues from the original order. This is often the fastest resolution for quality-related issues.

For replacements due to our error, we cover all costs including shipping and materials.

6. Change of Mind Returns

For orders placed within specifications:

  • Available within 14 days of delivery
  • Must be in original condition, unused
  • Refund will be issued minus shipping costs and 10% restocking fee
  • Customer responsible for return shipping costs

7. Shipping Costs

We Cover Return Shipping When:

  • The issue is due to manufacturing defects
  • We made an error in the order
  • The product arrived damaged due to our packaging

You Cover Return Shipping When:

  • Returning for change of mind
  • Damage was caused by handling after delivery

8. Custom & Batch Orders

Custom orders and batch productions have specific terms:

  • Design approval is considered acceptance
  • Once production begins, returns are non-refundable (unless our error)
  • Discuss timeline and specifications clearly before ordering
